For a bath

50 grams are dissolved in warm water for general toning, and for a more active effect use hot water. The stay in the bath should not be more than 15 minutes. A maximum of 3 baths per week are recommended.

For foot and hand baths

1-2 tablespoons are dissolved in 5 liters of warm water. Baths are made lasting 10 to 15 minutes.

The salts dissolve easily in water and are absorbed extremely well through the skin, making them perfectly suitable for therapeutic baths.
